Pastor Rich and Lisa Clay Pastor Rich Clay has been leading Bethany Assembly church since 1988 and engaged in full time ministry since 1980. Rich is passionate about introducing people to Jesus and seeing Christ followers discover their God given destiny. Along with spending time with his wife Lisa and sons Jared and Wesley, he stays busy writing, coaching leaders, speaking, motivating, and coaching baseball.


Lisa has a creative and motivational speaking and teaching ministry, and is the author of "Rescued from Darkness," a powerful, practical new believer's resource (Available on site or at Amazon.com).  Lisa teaches each Sunday morning in "Rivers," a class designed to inspire and motivate believers to reach their full potential in Christ.  She is also a Leadership Coach and consultant/personal coach pursuing a masters degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University. Lisa enjoys time with her 3 men, and also enjoys biking, walking, reading, and decorating her house.
