Senior Pastor
 Pastor Richard Clay has been in full time ministry since 1980, and has been serving as Senior Pastor of Bethany Assembly of God in Adrian, Michigan, since 1988. Pastor Rich and his wife Lisa, also a pastor, are the founders of "Mountaintop Ministries," which offers practical, spiritual encouragement and wise instruction through their weekly teaching and preaching ministries.
Rich is called to reinforce a biblical lifestyle among men of all ages, developing their leadership in the home, at work, and in the body of Christ. He coaches and mentors young men, and is studying at Regent University for his Masters degree in Organizational Leadership. Rich and Lisa have been married since 1983 and have two sons, Jared and Wesley.
Lisa has a creative and motivational speaking and teaching ministry, and is the author of "Rescued from Darkness," a powerful, practical new believer's resource (Available on site or at Amazon.com). Lisa teaches each Sunday morning in "Rivers," a class designed to inspire and motivate believers to reach their full potential in Christ. Lisa enjoys time with her 3 men, and also enjoys biking, walking, reading, and decorating her house.
